CBT oder ausgeschrieben Cock and Ball Torture, engl. für Penis- und Hodenfolter ist eine Praktik aus dem SM-Bereich mit der man die sexuelle, lustvoll-schmerzliche Stimulation von Penis oder Hodensack beschreibt. Soweit sagt uns Wikipedia das, nichts Neues.
Doch was ist dann die Meldung?
